Lara Nil Gülçelik is a Legal Intern specializing in banking & finance and M&A.

Lara has gained experience in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, energy, data protection law, and capital markets, having actively participated in due diligence processes, drafting share purchase agreements, and conducting regulatory compliance checks.

She is also experienced in drafting documents for bonds, including primary shareholder reports, management and regulatory overviews, and MD&A reports. In addition, she assists with legal research, the drafting of legal documents, and the preparation of materials for ongoing client matters.
