Hatice Nur Arslan is an Associate focusing on data protection, dispute resolution, and IP&T matters.

She advises a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients, including multinational conglomerates, start-ups, venture capital firms, online platforms, and publicly listed companies across sectors such as technology, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, insurance, automotive, gaming, finance, and logistics.

Hatice has substantial experience in data protection law, contract law, dispute resolution, life sciences, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance. By combining regulatory and transactional expertise with strong litigation capabilities, she is well positioned to manage risks both before and after disputes arise.
